Whole grain sourdough can be oval or long shape. it is a hundred per cent whole wheat sourdough. The materials used is 1 cup(227g) sourdough starter, 1 cup+2 tablespoons(255g) lukewarm water, 3 cups(340g) King Authur White Whole Wheat Flour, 2 tablespoons(14g) whole grain bread, i teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon instant yeast and  tablespoons(g) vegetable oil.
